  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept payments using PayPal & Stripe. You can pay directly through major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
  • Which currency I can pay?
    All of our prices are set in US dollars. If using any other currency other than USD the final amount debited from your credit card may vary slightly depending on the conversion rate.
  • How can I check if my order has been shipped?
    As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This email will also include a link to our carrier’s website where you will be able to track your package.
  • When can I expect my order to arrive?
    Allow up to 2 business days for processing your order. You will usually have your watch within 10-14 business days if you choose standard shipping.
  • Do you ship orders worldwide?
    Of course! We accept and ship orders on a daily basis to customers worldwide.
  • What are the shipping options, rates and delivery timing?"
    Online orders for items in stock are shipped from 1 – 2 business days from order receipt via two options: Standard Shipping: 10 – 14 business days Shipping charge: 4.99$ for all order (Priority Mail service) Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days Shipping charge: 14.99$ for all order (DHL Express)
  • Can I ship to a P.O. Box address or to work address?
    Of course! We can ship to your permanent residential address or your place of employment or to P.O. Box.
  • Will I be charged duties and taxes on receipt of goods?
    It is important to note that import taxes and charges are NOT included in the price of your order. All shipments are delivered free of customs taxes and duties however occasionally the destination country’s customs agency may select your shipment for assessment and could charge these duties and taxes. Since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, it might be a good idea to check with your local customs office before you order.
  • How can I track my order?
    As soon as your order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number which can be used on our carrier’s website.
  • How do I make a return / exchange?

  • Can I return or exchange an item not purchased on Contemp.us?
    For all purchases made outside of Contemp.us, please refer to the original place of purchase.
  • What is covered under the Contempus warranty?
    Your watch is protected against any defects in movement/mechanism and workmanship that may occur under normal usage for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. Within this period your watch will be repaired free of charge, except for a shipping/handling and insurance fee.
  • What is not covered under the Contempus warranty?
    (A) Batteries, Case, Glass, Clasp, Bracelet, Strap. (B) Incorrect or abusive use, accidental damage, inexpert or unauthorised repair. (C) Normal wear and tear, discoloring occurring through normal usage. (D) Water penetration through misuse.
  • How do I become a Contempus Watches retailer?
    If you are a licensed retail store and would like to carry Contempus watches, please see our contact page and fill out the request form. We will be happy to provide you with pricing information and help you set up an account.
